The Star Residences - Gold Coast

We recently stayed for four nights at this stunning hotel to unwind after a long drive from Sydney. The luxurious one-bedroom apartment offered amazing views of the ocean and city, a picturesque setting! The lobby exuded elegance, and the concierge service was great. One staff member, Lora M., stood out with her warm welcome, making our check-in seamless.

we only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, though everything was very comfortable. the bedroom was neat and decent sized.

Every detail of this fabulous and incredibly beautiful property was amazing. Big units on level 50, enjoyed it. The food for breakfast was exceptional. The location on the Gold coast was marvellous. The staff was amiable and extremely friendly - I would absolutely stay here again.

I couldn't believe it when I arrived and there was zero parking available. They told me to just park on the street! Plus, the bathroom door in my room wouldn't close properly, making it super frustrating to deal with.

New-fashioned and decent size room, it included central heating, TV, and a refrigerator. The pool was lovely, the staff here was very very helpful. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

Loved our stay there, it was good. The room was nicely furnished and modern with beautiful view, the bed was lovely;))

The convenience of being only 17 km from Gold Coast Airport made my transit seamless, allowing me to focus on my travel plans without any stress.

this did not overshadow my overall positive experience at the hotel.

I stayed on an upper floor at the Star and the sea view from my balcony was amazing. One nice moment was enjoying a morning coffee while gazing at the waves crashing on the shore—it was pure bliss! I appreciated the thoughtful touch of a welcome drink at check-in, which made me feel instantly relaxed after my journey.

The extensive amenities, including three luxurious pools, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and family bonding. The location was ideal, just a short walk to dining and shopping spots.

What an very nice stay! The location is perfect-right by the casino and with stunning views of the hinterland. We loved hanging out at the pool on level 6; the vibe was just right for relaxing. Our apartment was spacious and well-appointed, which added to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

The experience was not without its hiccups. Our apartment lacked some basic amenities, and the coffee-making supplies were a bit disappointing. the bed wasn't as comfortable as we hoped, which put a damper on our nights.

The balcony balustrades felt super unsafe, and I was shocked to read a warning in the info pack about it. I can't believe they'd risk having guests with those kinds of issues!

Great space and amenities. Lifts took forever, especially with kids.

This place is amazing, and the staff are really friendly. Some highlights include a great location and convenient on-site parking. 😊.

This place offers a beautifully furnished and impeccably clean unit located on the 50th floor, right in the heart of Broadbeach.

Wow, what a stay! the room was fantastic-spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows showing off stunning views. Plus, the location is perfect-you can easily walk to the beach, Pacific Fair shops, and a ton of great restaurants. the welcome drink was a nice touch, and I loved the convenience of in-room dining. the staff overall were friendly and seemed eager to help out whenever needed.

The lift situation definitely needs some work. Waiting for 15 minutes at times was a bit of a drag.
